My car will not cool at idle. If you rev engine works great. Cleaned condenser still did not work.

This sounds like the AC compressor is getting weak. I would connected a gauge set to confirm the issue at idle. Here is a guide:

If found to be bad here is a guide that will walk you through the compressor replacement.

Please run down these guides and report back.

Cheers

I have the dual temperature control, the passenger side is set at 60 with A/C on and so is the drivers side but the air is not getting cooled on the passenger side.

Blend door motor may be bad. A shop with a scan tool can manipulate the door to verify.

The A/C cools well the car is moving but does not cool when the car is idling. The mechanic thinks it is the orifice. What information do you have?

Hard to diagnose without a gauge set. Going to have to see if the vehicles pressure drops too low or what happens at idle vs at rpm.

My 2005 Ford Freestyle's rear blower is only blowing cold air, even after the engine is heated and the front blowers are blowing really warm air. Diagnosis? Can I fix this myself?

You'll to check for a blockage in the hoses/heater core for the rear system. You do this by feeling both hoses that lead in and out of the core. If one is hot and the other isn't, you have a blockage. You'll need to flush the system and/or replace the core.

The control module for the climate system has a problem with the buttons for the fan control and shut off. When I try to shut the system off it will not shut down. It is a system with front and rear air conditioning. I bought a new (used) control module on ebay and installed it but there was no change. The problem remained the same. I have taken it to my mechanic and he said it was the control module. After that did not change anything I took it to an air conditioning, radiator shop. They said I needed a new compressor. I asked them about the electrical problem and they said they did not catch that. I showed what the problem was and they
were surprised. I do not think they ever looked at the car but just gave me a standard response for aircondition
problems. For that they charged me $55.00, for nothing. Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Richard Wayne

A couple of things here, if you put in a new control head and it wasn't programmed to your car that may be the problem. Another thing is it may Be the wires going to resistor/blower motor have melted together and are touching the reason you can't shut it down. Also the blower relay could be stuck causing this. I went to the ford site and don't see any tsb's on this for a problem and my other manual is down at the moment. The relay is in the battery junction box. Until I can get into other manual to get a better picture then this will give you a few things to check.
