My heater seems to be blowing warm air but not hot. And I changed the antifreeze and top hose does not have a lot of pressure. And bottom hose seems not hot. I also noticed today water going out the muffler and tailpipe it seems. It runs good so far it seems. No water so far in oil. Any suggestions please. Thanks

The lower hose should be just warm. It's the upper one and the heater hoses that should be too hot to hold onto for very long. If they are not, suspect the thermostat.

If you're not losing coolant, the water in the exhaust is one of the byproducts of a properly functioning catalytic converter. Mufflers often have a tiny drain hole on the bottom in the rear for that water to run out.
