If you bled the brakes with a helper and the brake pedal was pushed to the floor, the master cylinder likely got damaged. Professionals never press it more than half way down. Pushing it too far runs the pistons over crud and corrosion that build up in the bottoms of the bores. The lip seals can be torn on that crud. Often that damage doesn't show up for a few days.
