I have a ford cmax 2005 ghia cdti with 39000 miles on it. It has had problems since ive owned it for the last 3 months. It started with limited epb function on the screen and started cutting out and loosing all power. I took it back to the garage 4 times, it has had new brakes fitted, new abs sensors, battery, alernator, egr valve, and fuel filter still under warranty. It now still keeps saying limited epb function randomly, the cruise control keeps turning off and all I can describe is it feels like it is misfiring but it is diesel so what is making the engine miss a beat every now and then. The ford garage did another diagnostic check last week and it came up with nothing. Please help

Many have reported it's a sign of a defective alternator.
