A dealership has quoted me $2250 to change my timing chain tensioner on a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado. They claim that it will take 21 hours of labor to make this repair. Is that reasonable?

Different shops charge different hourly rates. The hours listed is close to what my database shows for the repair.
