By the fuel tank
Compress the clip. Pull out the fuel line.
You may need a special tool if you have a 544 body filter is in tank.

I know this is an extremely elementary question, but after you finish laughing, could you inform me as to the Fuel Filter's location and how to check it. Thank you so much.

The best way to tell you where it is to tell you find the fuel lines from the fuel tank and follow them up to the engine, you will find it.

You cant really check a fuel filter, and for the price it is best replaced.
