2004 Mitsubishi Lancer ES 2.0 4 cyl. Car cranks, but not start. Battery fine. Figured out the fuel pump fuse had blown. Replaced but car keeps blowing fuse when trying to start. Figured out if I turned car on but did not start and listened for a low humming sound coming from near the emergency brake to stop, the car would start. This worked for a few days. Now care keeps blowing fuse when starting even after waiting for low humm to stop. Fuel pump was replaced about 25k miles ago. Help!
