HOW DO I GET POWER TO THE DRIVERS SIDE HID HEADLIGHT?

I had the passengers side hid light replaced at the dealer. Shortly thereafter the drivers side went out. I bought a bulb and replaced it but it didn't work. I bought another one and it didn't work either. I switched the passenger side and driver side side bulbs around and it works on the passenger side but still doesn't work on the drivers side. The fuse in the engine compartment is good. The dealer is saying there is some kind of module that runs the headlights individually. What do I need to do to fix this?

Have the front electronic module checked out and all the relays involved in the headlight circuit-
