My automatic transmission oil temperature light is staying on, but the transmission fluid level is fine. Also, sometimes it goes off. Should I be concerned or is it a faulty sensor?

The temperature has nothing to do with level. If the light is on right after you start a cold engine, you know it is not overheating yet and you can suspect a defective sending unit or a wiring problem. If the light comes on after driving a while, a problem with an external transmission fluid cooler would be the most likely suspect.
