2 months ago the dealer replaced the crank position sensor after the car ran extremely rough and the check engine light came on. A few days ago, after a good rain storm, the car ran rough upon start -up. It had sat for 3-4 days. After drving it for 10-15 mins. And leeting it sit for about 1 hour, it sarted fine and ran smoothly. Is moisture causing the problem or is another engine system or part malfunctioning?

Sounds like moisture.

Did you return to the shop for a follow up after the sensor replacement?
