Hi! Yesterday, I replaced the front brake pads and rotors on my 2004 Accord EX Coupe, 2.4L, 5 speed manual. Due to some circumstances, I ended up having both sides apart at the same time. In retrospect, I'm concerned I might have switched the caliper brackets. Is this even possible? I can't imagine they're completely interchangeable, especially since the sliding pins are slightly different upper and lower. The brackets seemed to go on fine and bolt on without issue. The car also seems to drive normally. Thanks in advance!

I don't have one in front of me now, but I would say they wouldn't fit if you switched them. As long as everything was tight when you replace it and the brakes are working properly, I would say you are fine.
