Car wouldn't start so alternator and battery was replaced.3 days later car stalled and had to have the crankshaft pulley and sensor replaced. Second

My 2004 explorer was replaced with a new alternator and battery. Three days later the crankshaft pulley fell off. Coincidence?

Can't see any effect to crank pullt replacing ALT and BATT. Did bolt shear? Backoff?
