Is it hard to fix the mounting of the steering bar?

The mounting bolts attaching the steering bar/rack to my truck have become stripped and have come come loose. From what I can tell, there is no damage to any other components to the steering, just the mounting bolts and where the bolts attach to the steering bar/rack. From what I've researched online, all I would need to do is replace the mounting bolts and the bushings that attach, correct?
