We have to narrow down to the engine or something driven by the belt. You can use a long screwdriver as a listening device. Just be careful where you put the screwdriver.

I have put a screwdriver to the top of the engine and it sounds likes it comeing from there it sounds like a taping and when u give it gas the taping gets louder

I just checked the front one its a loud noise I would say out of 1-10 10 being bad its a 8

I would check both vave covers could be the timing chain lifter etc.
