how do i replace rear brake pads

If you have "Electromechanical" calipers in the rear, you will need a scan tool to "retract" the caliper parking adjustment BEFORE the caliper
piston is pushed back in.

This will have to be done at a dealer as i doubt any general work shop will have this capability.
