transmission give random up an down shift

after rebuild a transmission change cluth : it change randomly we put a scamm tool on but it said nothing . what could be my problem pls

could be valve body issue.

did you air test all the clutch packs??

no did not air test clutch packs . what else could be the posible cause

i mentioned the one and the valve body is the other
