2003 Pontiac Aztek Heater not working and overheating

So my Aztec did work on. We fix the. Thermostat Fix the manifold gasket replace all the oil and coolest The heater work as we where test it. No overheating wand for a drive overheat. And now the heater not work. All I. Get is cold air. And it overheat Wand we did the. Oil we where looking for water or milky look. But it all look good so now I'm lost on what to do. Did think one more time clean out the rad and filling it up.
So I need help to find out wht it overheat and there no heat in my car
