VEHICLE OVER HEATS SINCE DRAINING COOLOANT AND REPLACING RAD HOSE CLAMPS. TOP HOSE AND RADIATOR HOT. LOWER HOSE AND T-STAT HSG COLD, LIKE NO CIRCULATION. CAN THIS BE AIR BOUND?

Sounds like airlock if its not doing that before replacement parts-try bleeding it out and see what happens-
