Compressor went out and was replaced along with the condenser and cabin filter. Have had it checked for leaks several times, always ok. It never cools below 55-60 degrees, and it takes driving it for twenty minutes to get to this point. Fans all work fine, can hear the compressor come on but never shut off. What could be the problem/problems?

Have they checked the refrigerant pressures on both sides of the compressor, did the compressor fail internally, was the work done by a qualified A/C tech?
