Heater is not getting very hot and temperature.
2003 GMC SAVANA
Heater is not getting very hot and temperature gauge staying in the cold area. Does that mean a bad thermostat?

Chances are the thermostat is stuck in the open position. It is a cheap part. I would start by replacing it.
