Neon won't start

Was using my 2003 dodge neon sxt to jump another battery. Had neon running when I tried to start the other car my neon died out and wont start back up. I have power but when you turn the key to start nothing happens. Any ideas?

Check fuse #9 30 amp in power distribution center

Works fine although when I put it back in I could hear a humming coming from the engine. With out keys

Sounds like its coming from around under the air box more torwards the engine

PCM under air filter box. Jumping with car on not good can fry lots of stuff. See if hum from PCM

Powertrain Control Module ie. Computer silver box about 6x8

No. But the key was in it without key there is no hum.

When you said works fine thought you meant fuse was blown and replaced and car stsrted. Do you have a multimeter?

Check for power in distribution center something got fried so need to find out where power fails

I have power in there I can hear the relays when I turn the key

Checked everything in the power distributor center have power to everything there. What would be the next thing to check?

Check starter relay in power dist. Center does it click when key is in start position
