2003 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN
My 2003 Suburban has a rear selt belt that is not retracting. It was pulled out to latch and won't retract and pull snug on the passenger. Is there a trick to releasing it?

The seat belt is twisted or the the spring in the seat belt is bad.
