Starting problem

I go to start the truck and it doesn't turn on, sometimes the starter gets stuck so I have to quickly turn the key off. I have a new starter, both crankshaft and camshaft sensor are new as well. Funny thing is that when the truck finally turns on after turning the key for the 3rd time, I can then normally turn on the truck with no problem. I guess when the truck is finnay warm it gives minimal problems. Would someone be able to tell me what to check for? I'm thinking it might be the ignition cylinder not working properly? How could I check the inginition cylinder to see if it's working properly?
