2003 MONTE CARLO SS FRONT END PROBLEMS

I would like to get a second opinion (or more) on what may be wrong with my front end before I take it in for repair so they do not try to overcharge me or whatever.\R\n
When I step on the brakes going slow, the front end wobbles and surges. When I am going faster and need to quickly slow down I brake and my front end shakes almost violently. My brakes do not grind or rub or squeal when I brake so I think they are good.

I would appreciate some opinions on what parts are going bad that could cause the above problem.

Those are typical symptoms of a distorted brake rotor. They should be selling you 2 new rotors and brake pads if no further issues are found during inspection.
