2002 SEAT Toledo brakes are sicking

Even when im not braking the car the car brakes it self, I have changed all brake pads and disks

Your description isn't very informative or detailed. Do you mean the longer you drive, the more the brakes self-apply? Do the wheels get hot? If so, which one(s)? Was anything done recently that would affect this? Any chance the brake fluid got contaminated with a petroleum product like engine oil or power steering fluid? How do you get the brakes to release?
