For the past two years in the colder weather, my X-type sometime misfires or hesitates when the engine is cold and the Engine light comes on. I have paid for a replacement oxygen sensor last year. These past few days as it has got below 35ºF, it has started again. I scanned the vehicle and it gives me P codes of P0171, P0174 and P1000. The last time it only gave me P0174 and P1000. It also showed that the Evap System Mon and the Oxygen Sensor Mon were inc.

It doesn't happen once the engine reaches operating temperature, which makes me think the monitors are ok. What do I need to fix or replace?
