2002 ford focus ZX3 2.0 I4 16valve V-tech

And then raise back up. Does only when stopped, I believe it could be the fuel pump, or maybe injectors.

My car will suddenly drop revs when I stop and then gain them back a few seconds later. Only happens when stopped, and then goes back to being normal. Its a manual and it sounds similar to when your about to kill it ya'know. Does it regardless of having a full tank of gas or near empty. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Car could need something like a new fuel pump I believe, though the one on my car does look new.
