Heat not working
2002 FORD EXPLORER
It's winter, and my heat doesn't work in my 2002 Explorer, only cold air comes out. Also, when I turn it to hot air it makes a clicking noise and only cold air blows out. Why?

Does engine reach normal operating temp? Heater hoses hot? Maybe a problem with actuator door under the dash?

Temp blend door, when that door is positioned properly, full heat, all air goes through the heater core.
