It has a rough start, and now all the battery, oil, brake, and service engine light will not go off.

Check the charging system. Use an inexpensive digital voltmeter to measure battery voltage while the engine is running. It must be between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. If it is low, the system can be diagnosed by measuring the two voltages on the two small wires or terminal nuts on the back of the alternator while the engine is running.
