I was driving the truck Friday and it was well below freezing and a puff of smoke came out from under the hood and water wet my windshield. It ran hot on me before I could get it back home. It died and would not crank back. I changed the radiator on Saturday but it still will not crank. It turns over but will not crank.
"Crank" and "turn over" are the same thing. It means the starter cranks the engine. Does it or doesn't it? Some people confuse "crank" with starting and running, and some people think "turns over" means to turn the ignition switch.
