I am replacing the rear rotors on my 2002 chrysler town and country. I know I need to loosen the e-brake, but don't see a adjustor when I remove the rubber plug from the backing plate. All I see is spring. How do I loosen the e-brake?

The brake rotor can be removed by removing the retainer clips and then pulling the rotor straight off the wheel mounting studs.

There was no retaining clip on the wheel studs. It seems that the rotor is hanging up on the e-brake. I have removed the cable from the brake, but it still hangs up. Is there a way to loosen the e-brake?
