The heater blows cold air very rarely it comes warm iff this is a cylinder head gasket problem is there a cheap way to get the heater to work? I dont want or can afford an expensive fix thanks

Have a leak down test performed to confirm. This is an expensive guess.
If it is, there is no way around it.
If it is not, could be a clogged heater core
