Car running hot

My car has been sitting for three months. Before I stop driving it I had to constantly replace the coolant. Never saw a leak. Then after I got it running ( keys were lost) I noticed it start leaking immediatly so I used stop leak and let it run 20 minutes. The leak stopped but now the fan wont come on. What could be the problem?

Could be the fan motor, fan relay, coolant temperature sensor and computer-Power the fan motor direct from the battery and see what happens
