ENGINE WON'T START WITHOUT STARTER FLUID

Hello, My cavalier 2002 does not start all the time weather hot or cold. When I spray starter fluid it fires for a few seconds. After 15 tries or so it fires up like nothing happened. It runs perfect high speed or low speed. I looked at the pcm connector It has about 115,000 miles on it. I have used fuel injector cleaner on it.

I would look at the fuel pressure. It may be a bad pump.
