Won't start when damp/rainy

Won't start when damp/rainy. Plugs, wires, coil, cap&rotor replaced. Crankshaft sensor replaced, fuel pump replaced & working. Getting spark to plugs. When allowed to sit in dry garage for a period of time, starts & runs fine.
