1993 Chevy Camaro Idle run up and down

During cold start it takes a while to start and once it start idle unstable goes up and down. During driving car runs up and down. Also engine shuts off during stop. Sometime it run just fine. Already changed the idle air valve, Idle position sensor and the m.A.P. Sensor.

I have a big problem, my friend was helping me with my car and he removed the relays from the panel and now we don't know where they go. Does anyone knows or have a picture of the relay panel for a vw passat 2.8 v6 2001 please
