I just changed my O2 sensors and the engine cooling hose connector 3 days ago. The check engine light was still on after replacing them. I removed the fuse and the engine light reset itself. The car was driving fine until tonight and now it is running hot to the red. I added engine coolant and drove it after it sat for 30 minutes and it ran hot again.

Any idea what it might be?

Check if your radiator fans are working... key on engine off, turn the a/c on. Do the fans turn on as well?

If no, check the fuses on top of the battery and test the fans manually to make sure they are not burnt out.

If the fans come on, then either the thermostat is stuck closed or the water pump is broken.
