My car went through several deep puddles during a rainstorm yesterday. Car did not stall and it drove all the way home. Today it is running strange and shaking when not moving. What can be done to fix this?

Check the engine compression pressure to confirm if there is any problem with the connecting rods.

Ensure all spark ignition components are dry. Presensce of water can cause misfiring and vibrations.
