change oil and fuel filters and sound is the same very load when driving like the engine is running fast

Can you give any more details, such as power and drivability, may be do a scan and full tune to start with report back any fault codes that are in the ECU.

Are the pads ok? are the brakes binding up, do they spin fairly free with the wheels of the ground?
