Indicator light wont turn off. disconnected battery but it didnt solve the problem. What can I do?

Which one? There's lots of indicator lights. Those lights are there to tell you there's a problem. Why would you think that problem is going to go away by disconnecting the battery? Doing that often introduces new but temporary engine running problems that will correct themselves over time, but it won't fix anything.
