I have a 2001 Nissan Sentra 1.8L that shut off while driving between 55-60 miles per hour what could be the problem? I have 73,000 miles on it. I want to say its the timing chain but I am not sure. If it was the timing chain I would have heard alot of noise from it at the speed I was going. Now the car wont start.

Check the engine for codes and fuelpressure first. Also checkfor spark.
