Hi there when I start my car I hear that noise coming out on passenger side. It stops after driving. Is that timing belt?

It's probably the serpentine belt squealing or chirping if I understand you. Replace the belt but be sure you don't need a pulley or two as well with the age of your vehicle. Also timing belts should be done every 60000 to 75000 miles. If you haven't done yours you should put it on the list for the near future
