Timing Belt for Kia Sephia 2001
2001 KIA SEPHIA
2001 Kia Sephia std engine (4cy, DOHC). Is this an "interference" engine and how often should the timing belt be replaced?

MANUFACTURER'S SUGGESTED SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
On California models, the manufacturer recommends inspecting the belt at 60,000 miles, 90,000 miles, and replacing belt at 105,000 miles.
For all other models, the manufacturer recommends the belt be replaced every 60,000 miles.
This application is an interference engine.
