I have anti freeze coolant leaking from under the right passenger floor under the car and the windshield fogs up slightly with the odor of hot coolant in the car. My question is how much time is involved to remove and replace the damaged heater core if that is the problem. I was told that when this happens the problem can only be a leaaking heater core. Looking for an honest time from someone who has done this job before.

The book time is 6.2 hours however I seriously doubt you could do it in anywhere near that time.

Thanks! Would you recommend having a Hyundai dealer service doing the job because of previous experience?

Not necessarily the dealer but definitely a shop that has experience with A? Repairs as the entire dash has to be removed and the AC evacuated and recharged.
