I have just had my Altenator.
2001 HYUNDAI ELANTRA
I have just had my Altenator tested and it read 65 amps at idle, is this good reading or am I looking for problems very shortly?

Only if the battery is low. But it should go down to about 5-8 amps with no load.
What is the voltage?
