2001 Hyundai Elantra I tried a c clamp and was unsuccessful

I tried a c clamp and was unsuccessful. I was wondering if you had to but a kit or if there is another way of getting the caliber to compress.

It requires a special tool to turn the piston as it pushes it in C clamp will not work.
