Engine won't idle when it's cold outside
2001 DODGE RAM
Engine won't idle when it's cold outside. Idles fine on initial startup when it's above 40 degrees. What could cause this

The Idle Air Control Valve IACV is in need of replacement. It handles the idle whne the engine is cold or under load.
