2 connectors at the fuel pump module need to be released. the filter is secured by 1 10mm bolt. the other end is up further by the tank. the tricky part is the tank has to be dropped about 5 inches to allow the 2 lines at the top of the tank to clear. Here is a guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car.

. My van cuts out when Im driving but usually when the wind blows. I have talked to several people about it. I have told everything from fuel pump (because I jump from 10% ethonol from regular unleaded alot). I been told that its might be my fuel filter. I been told that its something to do with my cooling system

Hi:
It could be a fuel pump or filter, but it sounds more like an electrical problem to me. Have you had the computer scanned for trouble codes? If not, stop by an Auto Zone or other nationally recognized auto parts store and have the computer scanned for trouble codes. Then we can go from there to try and fix the problem.

Let me know what you find. Also, keep in mind places like Auto Zone will scan it for free.

I looked at caravan se 3.3 engine. The fuel filter is located close to the fuel pump module. Make sure there is no pressure on the fuel system. Take negative battery cable loose, Safely raise and support the vehicle. Use transmission jack to lower tank about 6 inches, so you can get at the filter. That means, electrical connectors--fuel lines loose, whatever it takes to drop the tank a few inches.
