When I am driving my 2001 Town and Country, the engine will not warm up, and thus the heater won't blow warm air. That is, as I'm driving. When I stop and the engine is still running, ( stop light, traffic, etc. ) The engine begins to warm up and the heater blows hot air. And as soon as I start rolling again, the engine temp indicator drops and the air turns cold. Please help.
