WHAT YOU ARE DESCRIBING SOUNDS LIKE A WARPED ROTOR

IF IT'S NOT OBVIOUS"YOU TUBE" HAS SOME GOOD VIDEOS ON HOW TO FIND OUT WHICH ONE IS THE PROBLEM (MAYBE MORE THAN ONE). BETTER AND EZer TO UNDERSTAND, THAN ME SENDING IT IN TEXT

ANOTHER POSSIBILITY WHICH I ENCOUNTERED RECENTLY IS ONE OF THE LININGS ON MY REAR BRAKE SHOE (GLUED ON-NOT RIVETED) CAME LOOSE ON MY '46 WILLYS JEEP----ALSO HAPPENED TO OUR '95 NEON TOO----IT WEDGING IN THE OTHER SHOE, MADE THE PEDAL PULSATE----AS WITH YOUR SYMPTOMS

LET US KNOW WHAT YOU FIND
